We are seeking a highly intelligent, ambitious, and execution-focused General Manager / COO to oversee company operations, expansion strategy, team management, partnerships, and day-to-day business execution.

This role is for someone who can think like an entrepreneur, operate like an executive, and execute like a startup founder.

The ideal candidate should be capable of eventually managing large-scale operations independently while working directly alongside the founder on strategic initiatives, growth, operations, hiring, partnerships, and execution.

This is not a standard management position. We are looking for someone capable of becoming a core pillar of the organization long term.

Responsibilities

Executive Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple business divisions
  • Ensure departments are aligned on execution timelines and deliverables
  • Build internal operational systems and accountability structures
  • Improve company efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and growth metrics

International Expansion

  • Assist with expansion into new countries and markets
  • Coordinate international operations and partnerships
  • Research market opportunities, regulations, and growth strategies
  • Support global hiring and operational infrastructure

Team Leadership

  • Manage managers, developers, operations staff, and contractors
  • Build and maintain high-performance teams
  • Create reporting structures and operational workflows
  • Hold departments accountable to deadlines and goals

Strategic Growth

  • Work directly with the founder on business strategy
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities
  • Assist in acquisitions, partnerships, and enterprise negotiations
  • Help structure and launch new ventures and verticals

Technology & Innovation

  • Coordinate with software and automation teams
  • Understand AI, SaaS, workflow automation, and modern operational systems
  • Help oversee implementation of internal systems and technology initiatives

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Monitor operational budgets and expenditures
  • Assist with forecasting and scaling strategies
  • Coordinate between accounting, legal, HR, and operations departments
