We are building a next-generation commerce and marketplace ecosystem designed for the Egypt and MENA market — combining digital commerce, logistics infrastructure, technology, and scalable operations into one unified platform.
Inspired by the long-term evolution of ecosystems such as Alibaba, Amazon, and leading commerce infrastructure companies.
We are currently looking for a high-level COO & Co-Founder to join the founding leadership team and drive operations, execution, scaling, partnerships, and market expansion.
Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, logistics, delivery, or technology-driven operations• Strong operational leadership and execution capabilities• Deep understanding of startup and scaling ecosystems• Strong network within business, tech, logistics, or investment circles• International exposure and modern business mindset• Ability to build teams, systems, and scalable operations• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision
Experience with ecosystems similar to Alibaba, Amazon, Noon, Jumia, Careem, Talabat, or large-scale commerce operations is highly valuable.
Preferred Background
• Internationally educated or globally exposed• Preferably from institutions such as AUC, BUC, or equivalent international environments• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills• Influential or well-connected within relevant industries is a plus
