Role Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include providing product information, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, relationship management, and issue resolution. Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer service software is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
