Role Description This full-time hybrid role as a Sales Specialist is based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexible work-from-home opportunities. The candidate will lead client interactions, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage customer relationships with a focus on software in the FMCG sector. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client satisfaction, providing training on products, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives effectively.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets Experience in Training clients or team members to effectively use software products Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with the FMCG sector is a strong advantage Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage tasks efficiently
