We are hiring a Customer Excellence Manager to lead and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across our real estate portfolio. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service from initial inquiry to post-handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer experience strategy and service standards Manage the full customer journey (Lead → Booking → Contracting → Handover → After-sales) Oversee CRM system and ensure proper tracking of all customer interactions Handle escalated complaints and ensure timely resolution Supervise after-sales and handover operations Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention & referrals) Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Projects, Finance, and Legal teams Lead customer service and call center teams performance Improve communication across all customer touchpoints Prepare regular customer experience and performance reports
Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in real estate customer experience / after-sales Strong background in CRM systems Experience in managing handover and after-sales operations Excellent communication and leadership skills Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability Experience in real estate developer is a must
