Job description
- Develop and grow B2B sales of pulp egg trays (30-egg format).
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with all major egg producers, different distributors, and supermarkets in the UAE.
- Make Awareness about the importance of eco-friendly trays to change the mindset of the farms and suppliers who currently using plastic packaging.
- Regularly visits poultry farms, cold stores, and retail HQs across the Emirates.
- Represent ECO NEST at exhibitions, trade shows, and farm networking events.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with procurement teams.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and volume forecasts.
Skills
- 5+ years in sales within the egg, poultry, or agri-packaging sector.
- Strong network of UAE poultry farms, importers, and egg trading companies.
- Demonstrated ability to close bulk packaging deals (ideally egg trays).
- Knowledge of packaging options (pulp, plastic, foam) and cold chain handling.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel across all Emirates.
