Job Description

• Supervise daily cost accounting operations and ensure accuracy of cost entries.
• Monitor and analyze standard costs and variances; investigate deviations and report findings.
• Oversee inventory valuation, stock movements, and ensure alignment with accounting records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning processes.
• Ensure proper allocation of manufacturing overhead, labor, and material costs.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare cost reports, margin analysis, and KPIs for management review.
• Support internal and external audits related to cost accounting.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance cost tracking and control.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost allocation methods.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Good English skills – spoken and written.
• Preferably residing in or near Badr City.
