Job description
Join our growing team as a Ground Supervisor in a dynamic vehicle modification and conversion company. We're looking for someone energetic, organized, and hands-on to manage day-to-day operations on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise workshop activities including vehicle modification, assembly, and fabrication
Coordinate with technicians and ensure smooth daily operations
Support the implementation of project plans and meet quality and safety standards
Monitor work progress and report issues or delays
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety in the work area
Skills
Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (motivated candidates with less experience will be considered)
Basic understanding of vehicle modification or mechanical/fabrication work
Strong team coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage daily operations and adapt quickly on the floor
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
