Job Description

• Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate  leads.
• Handling calls from customers with inquiries about products, services, or orders.
• Identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
• Persuading customers to make purchases and closing sales deals.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products or services offered.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales information.

• Addressing customer concerns and objections effectively.
