As Mechanical Supervisor, you will ensure your team delivers work safely and to the required quality standards, meeting contractual and regulatory obligations. You will plan, supervise, and monitor site activities, enforcing company, client, and legislative safety and quality procedures.

Allocate and monitor mechanical fitting tasks to ensure performance and productivity targets are met.
Plan, organise, and execute work within scope, maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
Assist the Resident Engineer and Section Engineer to ensure correct operational methods are followed.
Coach and mentor team members, promoting continuous development.
