Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Sales Team Leader to head our MENA sales desk. The role involves managing a team of sales executives, achieving monthly KPIs, and driving revenue through client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Arabic-speaking sales executives

• Drive daily sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met

• Monitor and report on KPIs, including FTD, NDP, and retention metrics

• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback

• Handle high-value leads and VIP clients directly

• Collaborate with marketing, retention, and compliance departments

• Ensure all sales activities meet regulatory requirements and internal standards
