Job Description

• Supervise the work team and regularly and regularly improve technical guidance for direct supervisors.
• Administer new and effective terms, including those targeting customers.
• Coordinate work schedules and rotate supervisors and technicians on different shifts and machines, clearly identifying differences between them and their ability to achieve diversity.
• Ensure candidates and supervisors meet the required quality levels and adhere to operating instructions.
• Review production reports, daily schedules, and employee numbers to ensure required production levels are met and adhere to various corrective action plans when needed.
• Provide guidance and technical support to technicians and supervisors working in the department, including requirements based on individual development.
• Perform major and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery with weapons management.
• Introduce new treatments
• Write occupational health and safety requirements in production halls.
• Develop and motivate team performance.

Job Requirements

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree
• 0-2 years in Production or Mechanical Engineering
