Job Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Translate the customer requirements into deliverable IT products and services.
• Provide a technical solution design for responding to RFPs and customer requirements (Technical Proposal, BOQ, BOM, Visio and SOW)
• Conduct a technical presentation for the customers for technology orientation & proposal solution.
• Conduct and present the new technologies for the customer.
• Answer technical questions and provide detailed product information.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
• Support sales teams during client meetings and technical discussions.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or network engineering role.
• Proven ability to understand and articulate networking concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with designing and implementing networking solutions.
