Job Description

• Prepare technical documents including drawings, BOMs, instruction sheets, and data sheets.
• Issue product codes for newly approved items.
• Design new mechanical products with detailed drawings and specifications that meet performance and production standards.
• Develop calculation sheets to validate dimensions, loads, and material selection.
• Provide hands-on technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Investigate and address client technical complaints.
• Support product cost reduction through smart design improvements.
• Review tender documents and prepare technical submissions.
• Ensure all outputs meet required specifications and quality benchmarks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in a technical office or mechanical design role.
• A Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), MSc in Engineering, or MBA is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is required; familiarity with Fusion 360 and other design software is an advantage.
• Strong command of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Very good command of both English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in working with AI tools is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems independently through research, initiative, and critical thinking.
