Job Description

 

• Manages site works, teams, daily operations, installation supervision, and ensures high-quality standards.
• Ensures that works are carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Performs periodic quality control checks on site works.
• Provides technical supervision of ongoing works at all stages and offers onsite technical solutions.
• Ensures timely delivery of all projects.
• Attends regular meetings with clients and consultants to provide updates on project progress.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintains and interprets site drawings.
• Maintains records, a site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports, and records.
• Prepare and finalize all required documents/approvals/tests by consultants in projects.
• Provides as-built information and prepares quantity survey reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in aluminum windows and doors.
• Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communicator. 
• Time  and project management skills required. 
• Strategic planning, solid organizational skills, and a problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
