We're hiring a Freelance Research Associate to support internal talent mapping and market research projects
on a flexible, remote basis.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in online research, sourcing, or data gathering, especially with exposure to GCC markets.
This is not a client-facing or sales role.
You will focus exclusively on desk-based research and data compilation, working closely with our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured online research to identify professionals based on specific criteria
• Use platforms like LinkedIn to collect and organize profile data
• Deliver organized reports using provided templates
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project lead
What You Bring
• Experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing, or market mapping
• Familiarity with LinkedIn search tools (e.g., Boolean search, filters)
• Understanding of talent trends in GCC or MENA markets
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong documentation and communication skills
Engagement Terms
• Freelance / project-based (remote, flexible hours)
• Output-based compensation model
o AED 5,000 per approved candidate who is selected and invoiced
o AED 1,000 for candidates reaching second-round interviews (conditions apply)
