We are looking for a skilled and proactive Application Support Specialist to manage and support the core banking applications at our Bahrain Branch, with a primary focus on iMAL (Core Banking System). The role involves acting as the first point of contact for all technical and application-related issues and ensuring the continuity of banking operations through effective troubleshooting, communication, and coordination with regional and head office IT teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in banking systems,
and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Support
• Provide first-level support for the iMAL Core Banking System and other related banking applications in the Bahrain branch.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted day-to-day operations by resolving technical and functional issues promptly.
