Description
• Conduct client consultations to understand their protection and financial needs
• Recommend appropriate life, medical, or critical illness protection solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal, closing, and after-sales service
• Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company standards
• Educate clients on the benefits and structure of insurance products and protection plans
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and industry developments
