Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals and operational needs.
• Lead and support initiatives in People & Culture, employee engagement, and onboarding.
• Contribute to talent acquisition and collaborate on training programs through our Internal Academy.
• Oversee Learning & Development (L&D) and manage the full Performance Management cycle (PMS).
• Ensure proper handling of Personnel operations, legal compliance, and internal policy adherence.
• Analyze HR data and workforce trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Play a key role in talent planning, organizational change, and leadership development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
• 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or advisory role
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Solid experience in L&D, performance management, and employee engagement programs
• Proven ability to influence, consult, and build strong working relationships
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus)
• Fluent in English and Arabic
