Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Professional to join our growing digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, selling our services, and contributing directly to business growth.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails, and direct meetings
• Promote and sell digital marketing services, including:
  Social Media Marketing
  SEO
  Website Development
  Google & Meta Paid Ads
• Understand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain client interaction records in the CRM
• Build strong relationships for long-term business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of clients

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven record of achieving sales targets
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented
• Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage
• Should be available to join immediately or within a short notice
