Job Description

• Assist in generating leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Support in maintaining and updating the customer database and follow-up schedules
• Attend introductory meetings with clients and participate in sales presentations
• Understand basic customer needs (technical and business-related) in coordination with the technical team
• Coordinate with the senior sales team to deliver proposals and help close small or supporting deals
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, BIS, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in software or technical services sales
• Previous experience or basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High motivation to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet defined sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, and MS Office applications
• Good command of English
