Role Description

This is a contract role for a Freelance HR Recruiter. The Freelance HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified healthcare candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating applicants, and coordinating hiring processes. Additionally, the recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations. This is a hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work from home as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition
• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry recruitment is a plus
