Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and corporate clients through messaging platforms (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram, email, and others) to generate leads, build relationships, and drive enrollments for our online programs.

You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, so strong communication and persuasive writing skills in Arabic is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound messaging campaigns on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Qualify leads and identify prospects’ learning needs and career goals.
  • Present Moussa Academy’s programs and highlight unique value propositions.
  • Schedule discovery calls, demos, or orientation sessions for interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate lead and outreach tracking in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and outreach strategies.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for messages sent, response rate, and enrollments.


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or customer engagement via messaging platforms (preferably in EdTech or online training).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to personalize messages and build rapport with potential students.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of online learning or software development education is preferred but not required.
