Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert leads into clients for both commercial and residential properties.
- Conduct property viewings, offering insights and answering clients' inquiries effectively.
- Negotiate purchase and lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the agency.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a real estate agent in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong networking abilities and experience in client relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
