Job Description

• Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in sales Department to give them full information about Realme and the technical training about Realme's product sales.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of training through assessment.
• Researching new technologies and methodologies in Workplace learning and presenting this research.
• Supporting and motivating the promoters in the stores to achieve their targets.
• Responsible for training material and it's updates.
• Responsible for the promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Experience 1-3 years as a trainer (student activities would be appreciated).

• Excellent presentation & communication skills.
