Job Title: Sales Manager Pharma

As a Sales Manager for our Pharma Business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality and price-oriented strategy focused on new pharmaceutical chemicals additive business and API.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development, as well as a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from a reputable university.

You will work closely with suppliers to develop new solutions for customers and drive the development of high-potential C+D customers towards A+B customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing market know-how and strategies for adding new suppliers in assigned industry.
• Introducing new products and developing effective launch strategies.
• Executing frequent customer visits and preparing proposals.
• Optimizing margins by reviewing and optimizing pricing.

Desired qualifications include:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 3-6 years of trackable experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and process management skills.
