Job summary
As a Senior Sales Manager -Transactions, you will be responsible for sales of Real estate transactions business in KSA. You are also responsible for running direct sales teams selling property in the KSA market.
Responsibilities
- Set sales targets for the teams in coordination with the strategy team
- Hire sales resources and maintain optimal team size to achieve sales targets
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales in coordination with strategy team
- Work with the marketing team to ensure efficient lead generation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 - 10 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
