Qualifications

• Should be qualified Engineer; BSc or higher.
• The Construction Manager should have a minimum of 12 years experience in Projects Construction Management out of a minimum of 15 years overall experience.
• Should have residential Project Experience.
• Certified PMP is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation skills with robust communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.
