About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to assume a Senior Quantity Surveyor position and contribute to a prestigious ultra-luxury villa development project in Abu Dhabi.

We seek a highly ambitious and personable MRICS Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor who wishes to advance their career in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre and post-contract cost management services
• Manage projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with established procedures
• Engage positively with Clients and develop, grow, and maintain Client relationships
• Deliver high-quality services ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Clients' requirements
• Prepare and present order of cost estimates
• Advise on and implement procurement strategies
• Prepare tender documentation and manage the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes
• Value completed work and arrange for payments
• Provide senior technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects

About You

We are looking for someone with:

Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills:

• 10+ years of post-graduate demonstrable experience in cost management/quantity surveying
• 3+ years of living and working in Dubai within a consulting environment
• Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning
• Practical knowledge of working with Dubai entities
• Demonstrable experience delivering ultra-luxury villa residences
• Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written
• Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily

Qualifications:

• MRICS chartered status
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Fluent English written and oral skills
• Arabic desirable
