Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our hair transplant services to potential clients through various channels.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on the benefits, processes, and aftercare of hair transplant procedures.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty.
• Develop and implement effective sales techniques to meet individual and clinic-wide sales goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive client experience.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Consultant, particularly within the aesthetic or healthcare sector.
• Extensive knowledge of hair transplant services and aesthetic treatments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a plus.
