Job summary

Develops, leads, and monitors all activities pertaining to time and cost controls of all projects under development. Establishes a Planning & Projects Controls System/Manual including purpose, objectives, team organization structure, team job descriptions, responsibilities and scope of work, process flow charts, work plans. Prepares and updates project cash flow, develops, monitors, and updates the Project Master Schedule, and reviews and validates the tender schedule.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering.
• Post graduate studies in Project Control Management or Project Management is preferred.
• Masters in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a Planning & Projects Controls System/Manual.
• Formulate the Project Master Budget.
• Prepare and update project cash flow.
• Develop, monitor, and update the Project Master Schedule.

Skills

• Excellent command of English Language.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft 365 Apps.
• High knowledge of project cost and time estimation for all engineering disciplines.
