Job Description

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order processing.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products, pricing, and order status.
  • Track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations for the team.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Experience with CRM systems or sales management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
