Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Identify develop and manage new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate rates terms and contracts to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role in logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes air sea.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English written and spoken is required Arabic is a plus nice to have.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
