Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Unified Communication solutions that meet corporate goals and initiatives
• Provide senior level operational direction and support for the Unified Communications Infrastructure
• Validate delivered systems to ensure technical and quality standards are met
• Evaluate current systems to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Review infrastructure modifications to ensure alignment with long-term business strategy

Requirements:

• Advanced understanding of Unified Communications principles, theories, and practices
• Excellent knowledge of platform operation systems and applications (Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
• Knowledge of tools and products concerning Exchange encryption, virus & spam protection
• 7-10 years of experience in working with Outlook Exchange Messaging systems
• 4-year degree in Computer Science or related curriculum
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
