Job Description

1. Windows Server Administration

• Manage and administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Configure and troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, and related services
• Create, implement, and manage Group Policies
• Administer Active Directory and forest management
• Manage Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
• Handle File and Print Services

2. Virtualization Technologies

• Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi
• Administer VMware vCenter Server
• Deploy and maintain virtual machines
• Troubleshoot and optimize hypervisors
• Perform VM migration and disaster recovery tasks
• Manage storage integration (SAN/NAS)
• Implement snapshot management and backup strategies

3. Network Security

• Configure and manage FortiGate and Sophos firewalls
• Create and enforce security policies
• Configure and troubleshoot VPNs (Site-to-Site, SSL VPN)
• Manage SSL certificates
• Deploy and manage Kaspersky antivirus (plus multi-vendor antivirus solutions)
• Implement endpoint protection policies
• Detect and remediate malware incidents

4. Network Infrastructure

• Configure and manage network switches
• Set up and manage VLANs
• Troubleshoot and optimize network performance
• Configure and manage Wi-Fi infrastructure

5. Cloud and Productivity Platforms

• Administer Microsoft Office 365
• Manage Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
• Support deployments and permissions management

• Configure and manage RAID setups
• Perform storage capacity planning

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
• Industry certifications are a plus (Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, Sophos)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Very good proficiency in English
