Job summary
Forecasts, controls, and reports project costs needed within an organization. Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports.
Responsibilities
- Reviews project costs incurred by category, calculates future costs based on labor productivity, material price increases, subcontract, wage rates and risk analysis.
- Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.
- Participates in the development of project controls strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures in estimating, project risk control, cost control, and scheduling.
