Job Description

We're hiring a Sales Engineer to join our Power & Automation team. The ideal candidate is technically solid, commercially sharp, and passionate about delivering smart energy solutions to top-tier B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales of SCADA systems, Protection Relays, Power Meters, RTUs, and Electrical Panels
  • Build and develop strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and end clients
  • Prepare and customize technical proposals, BOQs, and tender submissions
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and solutions teams to align offers with client needs
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation to contract closure and client follow-up
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in power automation solutions




 


 

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

-4 to 6 years of experience in technical sales within the Power / Automation field

-Solid knowledge of SCADA systems, protection devices, RTUs, and panel integrations

-Strong technical writing and proposal development skills

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

-Fluent in English (written & spoken)
