As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will act as the initial point of contact for our German-speaking clientele, providing assistance with inquiries and contributing to a positive customer experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond to product and service inquiries with accurate and timely information.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the support ticketing system.
• Coordinate with Tier 2 support and technical teams for complex inquiries.
• Continuously update knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
• Engage in initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and improve support processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methods.
• Proficiency with help desk software and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
