As a vital member of our customer support team, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional frontline support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
• Respond swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in our ticketing system to facilitate follow-up actions.
• Work closely with other departments to escalate and address complex customer issues as necessary.
• Continuously update and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement in customer support processes and contribute constructive feedback.
• Foster a welcoming environment and uphold high standards of professionalism in customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Familiarity with helpdesk software and CRM systems is advantageous.
