Job Description

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents in accordance with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements throughout project phases.
• Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities, material take-offs, and technical submittals for approval.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams, addressing design-related queries and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Participate in value engineering processes to optimize design solutions and enhance project efficiency.
• Review and approve contractors’ submissions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all technical office activities, correspondence, and project progress.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate design intent effectively.
• Support the project management team in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for architectural tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical office or architectural engineering role.
• Proven ability to prepare and review architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in preparing material take-offs and technical submittals.
• Familiarity with value engineering and cost optimization practices.
