Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
· Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases (CRM/ERP).
· Coordinate with clients for inquiries, payments, and deliveries.
· Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations teams for timely execution.
· Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and support proposals/tenders.
· Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
· Monitor stock levels and update sales team.
