Job Description

- Develop and implement operational plans for international land and sea transport.

- Manage and coordinate the operations team (Sea – Land – Customs Clearance – Tracking).

- Negotiate with shipping lines, international agents, and cross-border trucking companies.

- Monitor KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Supervise customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with international laws.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international transport.

- Provide proposals to senior management on geographic expansion or new services.

- Build strong relationships with shipping companies and global agents to support business growth.

Job Requirements

- 7–10 years of experience in international shipping (Land/Sea).

- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade agreements.

- Leadership skills and team management experience.

- Ability to develop business and expand customer base.

- Proficiency in English and logistics systems (TMS/WMS).
