Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle patching, automation scripting, and managing complex Oracle RAC environments. This role requires solid knowledge of backup and recovery techniques, as well as experience working across Windows and Linux platforms..

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Oracle patching and version upgrades while ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline DBA tasks.
• Administer and support Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) environments.
• Implement and manage backup policies using RMAN and EXPORT methods.
• Monitor database performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Perform regular maintenance, tuning, and troubleshooting of Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with system administrators to support Windows and Linux OS-level configurations related to database operations.
• Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare documentation and maintain records of database configurations and procedures.
