REQUIRMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, Applied Arts or equivalent experience.

• From 1 to 3 years of proven working experience.

• Proficient in AutoCAD – ability to develop technical and detailed drawings.

• Very good in spoken and written English Language.

RESPONSIBILITIES</p>

• Conduct site visit to prepare as-built drawings including all tie-in points for all trades.

• Discussing drawings with the technical team to ensure project goals to be achieved by contractor.

• Prepare BOQ.

• Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, time schedule, Quantity surveying, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information).

• Discuss and suggest technical proposals to resolve any issues conflicts that arise during construction and escalate issues to managers when necessary.

• Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks.

• Collaborate with managers & contractor to develop and implement project plans and budgets.

• Reporting constant site visits for any unexpected technical difficulties, site needs and other problems that may arise during construction for discussion and proper solution.
