ob Post: Recruiter

Location: Benghazi, Libya

We are looking for a Recruiter with construction industry experience to help us find and hire top talent for our large workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various construction roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to job offer.
• Coordinate with PRO teams to manage visa and work permit processes for new hires.
• Use Oracle HRMS to track candidates and manage recruitment data.
• Assist with onboarding and relocation logistics for new employees.
• Build a strong pipeline of skilled talent in the construction sector.

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 2-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, must be in the construction sector.
• Proven experience hiring for blue-collar and skilled labor positions.
• Understanding of visa and work permit processes is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in using HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
