We are expanding our presence in Egypt and the Gulf region and seeking a Pharma Key Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive growth across our pharma accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned pharma key accounts in Egypt and the Gulf region, building strong long-term relationships with marketing, medical, and commercial teams.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand BioNixus’s market research services within existing pharma clients and acquire new accounts.
  • Market Research Delivery: Coordinate with internal research teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution that meets client needs.
  • Consultative Sales: Position BioNixus as a strategic partner by understanding client challenges, providing tailored research solutions, and ensuring measurable impact.
  • Agency Collaboration: Leverage prior agency experience to navigate complex pharma structures and stakeholder dynamics effectively.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth of assigned accounts.


Requirements

  • Pharma Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or market research roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Agency Background: Proven experience working with or within a market research/marketing agency supporting pharma clients.
  • Client Network: Strong connections and working relationships with marketing teams in leading pharma companies across Egypt and the Gulf region.
  • Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing, commercial excellence, and market research methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
