The company provides various services, including wholesale coffee supply, cafe equipment sales and maintenance, barista training, and coffee consulting.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Cairo. The Barista will be responsible for daily tasks including preparing and serving specialty coffee and other beverages, operating cafe equipment, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and providing excellent customer service. The Barista will also engage with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Barista and Food Preparation skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Basic knowledge of cafe equipment maintenance is beneficial
