Devart Lab is hiring an IT Specialist to join our team in New Cairo.

If you have experience in IT infrastructure and troubleshooting, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

• Supported network issue in all branches and the HQ.
• Supported, troubleshooting servers, switch, etc
• Managed infrastructure system including (Windows server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Fileserver).
• Configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting NVR & DVR
• Managed, Configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting Firewall (Sophos, FortiGate, VPN)
• Experience in maintenance of Laptops, printers, Tablets (Hardware, Software).
• Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve user issues and implement new solutions
• Provide training and support to users on system-related issues and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field
• Experience up to 4 years in IT Specialist or a related role
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CCNP)
• Proficient in Server, Windows and MacOS operating systems
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Documentation and reporting skills and Multiple tasking
• Multiple tasking
• Excellent IT, communication and management skills
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
