We’re Hiring – Partner Support Associate (Voice-Based )

We’re looking for a customer-focused Partner Support Associate to join a dynamic, fast-growing team at a well-established multinational company. This is a voice-based role, focused primarily on outbound phone communication, lead follow-up, and CRM management
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Making outbound calls to new and existing leads to assist with onboarding and document completion (KYB process)
- Reconnecting with leads who’ve paused or dropped off, presenting value propositions and encouraging re-engagement
- Contacting previously unresponsive or "not interested" leads to restart conversations and offer updated solutions
- Following up with merchants with open issues to ensure resolution and successful integration
- Introducing the company’s services to cold leads and guiding them through the application process
- Logging all call outcomes in Salesforce CRM, maintaining clean and up-to-date lead records
- Working closely with internal teams to share insights and improve the partner journey
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in telesales, outbound customer service, or business support
- Confident phone communication skills in English
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving
- Ability to manage high lead volumes and prioritize follow-ups efficiently
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
