Senior Sales Executive – Sky High Group SA


Location: Cairo, Egypt



Position Overview


Sky High Group SA is seeking a polished and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join its prestigious sales team. This senior role requires a professional with proven expertise in luxury sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with high-profile clients. The Senior Sales Executive will be pivotal in driving revenue, expanding market share, and elevating the group’s brand presence across Cairo and beyond.



Key Responsibilities


Sales & Growth

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets across all luxury divisions (beauty, fashion, lifestyle).

• Design and execute tailored sales strategies aligned with the high standards of Sky High Group SA.

Client Relations

• Build long-term relationships with elite clientele, celebrities, influencers, and VIP networks.

• Deliver personalized client experiences that reflect the sophistication and prestige of the group.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering curated luxury solutions and products to meet client needs.


Leadership & Team Contribution

• Mentor and inspire junior sales staff, instilling luxury sales etiquette and best practices.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and styling teams to ensure seamless client journeys.

• Share insights with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.


Performance & Reporting

• Track and report sales KPIs including revenue growth, client retention, and market penetration.

• Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.



Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 2-3 years of luxury sales experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets within high-value markets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Bilingual (English & Arabic) is essential; French is a plus.

• Well-groomed, articulate, and confident with impeccable etiquette.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
